Namiko Designs | Sword Fern Necklace

This necklace is made from a real piece of  sword fern that has been preserved and plated in copper using a process called electroforming.

Electroforming, sometimes called electroplating, involves using electricity to plate items with metal. This allows you to preserve the delicate shapes and textures of real organic materials and other unique elements. This process can take 1-5 days depending on the size.

Each necklace comes on a 18" chain made from copper plated iron.

Please note that each necklace will look a little different due to the nature of working with real plants.
