Gathering Place certified organic vanilla extract is handcrafted in small batches at Pemberton Distillery using certified organic spirits in a slow, cold processed, traditional method. For their current lot of Vanilla Extract, they used the finest Bourbon vanilla direct-sourced from small family farms in Madagascar.
